DEAR Biogas purification unit.In many processes occurring in nature, some processes can proceed spontaneously in one direction, but not vice versa. There are two gases with the same temperature and pressure on both sides of a container. After the partition in the middle is pulled out, the two gases will mix spontaneously and evenly. However, to separate them, work must be consumed.DEAR Biogas purification unit.Welding quality shall be strictly guaranteed during manufacturing and installation. After installation and before start-up, strict leak detection and pressure test must be carried out, and problems found shall be handled in time to avoid passivity after start-up. In operation, the method to check the leakage of the switching heat exchanger can be summarized as: flow method. When a large amount of leakage occurs between the product oxygen or product nitrogen channel and the air channel, the production of oxygen or nitrogen increases significantly.DEAR Biogas purification unit.Open the small cover plate of the top cover of the fractionator and fill it with pearlite; install the safety valve (the starting and tripping pressure should be checked in advance), thermometer, liquid level gauge, flowmeter and other accessories; install the connecting pipeline and accessories of the heating furnace and fractionator, and check the air tightness of 0.5MPa.
When blowing out the oil and water at all levels of the air compressor, we can see that there is always a large amount of water blowing out from the separator. Where does the water come from? This is because the amount of water that can be contained in every cubic meter of air mainly depends on the temperature, but has little to do with the total air pressure. For example, at 30 ℃ and 0.1MPa pressure, the saturated moisture content in the air is 30.3g/m3.In order to complete the reaction, the amount of hydrogen added should be slightly greater than the amount of hydrogen needed for chemical reaction with oxygen. This part of excess hydrogen is called excess hydrogen, which is generally controlled at about 2%. Therefore, the amount of hydrogenation is related to the oxygen content in the crude argon. The catalysts used in hydrodeoxygenation are as follows: 1) copper catalyst. 2) Platinum plating on activated alumina. 3) Palladium plating on activated aluminaThe drying zone is between - 60 ℃ and - 133 ℃. Based on this principle, the cooling process of equipment in start-up operation is divided into stages, which is called stage cooling method. The whole cooling process is divided into four stages: the first stage is water analysis and freezing stage.
Whether the molecular sieve is filled and leveled; the manhole of inner and outer cylinder shall be sealed carefully to prevent mutual gas channeling; during the operation of molecular sieve adsorber, the temperature curve of molecular sieve and the content of carbon dioxide at outlet shall be monitored regularly to judge whether the adsorber works normally; the switching procedure and pressure difference of adsorber shall be closely monitored.Three krypton columns are set in the distillation process. After the first krypton column rectifies, the poor krypton is obtained; the second krypton column obtains the crude krypton. At the same time of concentration of krypton and xenon, the hydrocarbons contained in the oxygen are also concentrated in poor krypton or crude krypton, so the hydrocarbons must be removed after rectification in the first krypton tower and the second krypton tower.DEAR Biogas purification unit. The expanded air remains gaseous at a very low temperature due to its low pressure. For example, when the air absolute pressure is 0.105 MPa, the temperature drops to - 190 ℃ and it is still gaseous. It is lower than the liquefying temperature of normal high pressure air. For small medium and high pressure oxygen generators, in the late start-up stage, part of the liquid will be produced at the lower part of the main heat exchanger, which plays the role of liquefier; for low-pressure air separation units, another liquefier is set, which uses the expanded low-temperature and low-pressure air to cool the positive flow high-pressure (about 0.6MPa) low-temperature air, so as to partially liquefy it.

The classical single column process is the first one to be used in industrial application. However, there are many disadvantages in the classical single column process. One is that oxygen and nitrogen cannot be produced simultaneously, and the other is that the oxygen extraction rate can only reach about 70%. There are two improvement schemes to solve the defects of classical single column process. One is the curren...
