There are self-cleaning air filter, steam turbine, air compressor, booster, instrument compressor, etc.

 

(1) Generally, with the increase of air volume, the number of filter cylinders and layers of self-cleaning filter increase, and the number of layers is also higher. Generally, it is arranged in two layers above 25000 and three layers above 60000; In general, a single compressor needs to be separately arranged with a filter at the upper air outlet.

 

(2) Steam turbine is a type of high-pressure steam expanding to do work, driving the coaxial impeller to rotate, so as to do work on the working medium. There are three types of steam turbine commonly used: full condensing, full back pressure and extraction condensing, and extraction condensing is more commonly used.

 

(3) Generally, the investment of large-scale air separation units of air compressor is single shaft isothermal centrifugal compressor. The air compressor is vented at the outlet without return pipeline. Generally, it has the requirement of minimum suction flow and anti surge. The inlet guide vane is used for flow regulation. The imported domestic units are all four stage compression and three stage cooling (the last stage is not cooled). The main air compressor is equipped with a set of water washing system to wash the surface deposits of impellers and volutes at all levels. The system is integrated with the host.

 

(4) Generally, single shaft isothermal centrifugal compressor and gear type centrifugal compressor are used in large-scale air separation unit investment, of which gear type has a greater advantage in energy consumption, especially in the case of large pressure ratio.

 

(5) There are three types of instrument gas compressors: oil-free screw compressor, piston compressor and centrifugal compressor. Due to the piston type and centrifugal type natural oil-free, there is no need for oil removal device, only the matching drying device (water removal) and precision filter (solid particles removal) are needed; The screw machine generally has two kinds of oil and no oil and then degreasing. The oil injection screw machine needs to be equipped with degreasing device and a very high precision degreasing filter to meet the process requirements; The oil-free screw adopts dry rotor or water lubrication. The advantage of this model is that it is absolutely oil-free. Air volume 500nm ³/ It is suitable to choose piston type under H; The air volume is 2000Nm ³/ It is suitable to choose screw machine or piston machine under H; The air volume is 2000Nm ³/ When the gas volume is large, the centrifugal compressor has advantages, less vulnerable parts, good maintenance and high cost performance.
