(1) High process cost.

(2) Low degree of automation.

The change of air flow in the tower is difficult to grasp, and the changes of pressure and temperature of the gas in the tower are also complex, which makes the collection and control of the relevant indicators of the whole pressure swing adsorption process difficult and difficult to realize accurate automatic control, At present, the automation of the process of pressure swing adsorption of biogas is low.

 

(3) Single structure of adsorption tower

 

The purification effect of PSA is directly related to the distribution of air flow in the separation process, while the distribution of air flow has a great relationship with the internal structure of the adsorption tower. At present, the adsorption tower structure adopted by most of the PSA processes is still relatively traditional, the tower structure is single, there is a great dead angle between the tower plates, which reduces the contact area between the air flow and the adsorbent, The results show that the utilization effect of adsorbent is not high.
