Pure argon Tower and the condensation evaporator composite should be met:

1.Pure argon TowerAnd condensing evaporator is manufactured, inspected and checked and accepted according to the relevant provisions of JB/T2549-1994 "aluminum air separation equipment manufacturing technical specification" and JB/T4734-2002 "Aluminum Welding container.

2. the welding joints of Class A and B of containers should be 100% x-ray tested to meet the n-level requirements of JB/T4730-2005 nondestructive testing of pressure-bearing equipment; the welding joints of class C and D should be 100% permeated tested, if the quality reaches Grade I of JB/T4730-2005, it is qualified.

3. after the compounding, Channel I (the outside of the upper part) first conducts the strength test with 0.23MPa gas, then decreases to 0.15MPa gas tightness test; Channel II (pure hydrogen Tower) conducts the strength pressure test with 0.104MPa gas, then lower the pressure to 0.08MPa to conduct air-tightness test; III channel to conduct strength test with 0.69MPa gas, then lower to 0.55MPa to conduct air-tightness test; test medium is dry and clean air or nitrogen, test procedures and requirements should be conducted according to pressure vessel safety technology supervision regulations.

4. All parts must be passivated with oil before assembling.

5. After compounding and pressure test, blow the inner and outer surfaces to remove dirt.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...
