DEAR air separation signed the KDN-3000 / 300y air separation equipment contract with Asia-silicon industry (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. The device adopts the advanced process design of DEAR air separation, which reduces the comprehensive energy consumption and saves the cost for users.
With the process of back flow colliding and boosting nitrogen, the liquid output is large.
1. Adopt imported centrifugal air compressor .
2. Pre-cooling system
The air conditioning unit assembled by imported compressor has low power consumption, flexible cooling capacity adjustment and reliable performance.
The system can cool the air to 7 ℃ and effectively prevent the water accident of molecular sieve adsorber.
3. Purification system
Select the special molecular sieve for air separation, so that the CO2 content in the air after the adsorber is less than 1ppm.
The molecular sieve adsorber switches for enery 8 hours, with less regeneration times and low power consumption.
The switching valve of purification system is made of Japanese tooling, which has reliable action, zero leakage and more than 100000 switching times.
4. Fractionator system
Single stage distillation and exhaust gas expansion cycle are adopted.
The heat exchange system composed of main heat exchanger, liquefier and subcooler can distribute the cooling capacity reasonably and effectively reduce the loss of liquefaction before air rectification, vaporization after liquid air throttling and insufficient reheating.
High efficiency convection distillation column is adopted.
The explosion-proof design of the full immersion condensing evaporator further enhances the safety and stability of the equipment operation.
There is no separate heating system, the fractionator heating, cooling, liquid accumulation and purity control are all in one, the operation is simple and fast, and the start-up time is less than 20 hours.
Set up liquid nitrogen back filling system to shorten start-up.
5. Turbine expansion unit
The expander impeller is designed by NERC software, processed by five coordinate CNC machine, braked by gas bearing and fan, with high isentropic efficiency and reliable operation.
6. Liquid nitrogen storage and vaporization system
Adopting tank self pressurization instead of liquid nitrogen pump which operate reliably and reduce investment.
