The KDON (AR) - 20000 / 30000 / 650 air separation equipment contract signed between DEAR air separation and Henan Fengbao Special Steel Co., Ltd. has been successfully put into operation. The device has the characteristics of liquid cooling capacity recovery, energy saving, hydrogen free argon production, etc.
The unit adopts molecular sieve purification and booster turbine expander to supplement cooling capacity. The oxygen concentration is low, the air compressor discharge pressure is very low, and the energy consumption of the whole equipment is low.
1. The safety is good. The oxygen evaporator is set to reduce the liquid oxygen concentration of the main cooling tower. At the same time, a large amount of liquid oxygen is discharged from the main cooling tower to reduce the risk of hydrocarbon accumulation in the main cooling tower.
2. Increase of benefit: Increase a pure oxygen tower to produce liquid pure oxygen while producing rich oxygen, increase of equipment benefit.
3. Reasonable utilization: Adopt air-cooling and water-cooling precooling mode to make full use of waste nitrogen to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
4. Advanced control: DCS control, high degree of automation, convenient operation
5. Energy saving and consumption reduction: Saving energy by adopt new molecular sieve to reduce air flow resistance and air compressor discharge pressure. Reduce the heating time of molecular sieve regeneration and save the energy consumption of regeneration.
