On July 22, the signing ceremony of Kaifeng Kehui-DEAR project between Kaifeng DEAR air separation and Zhengzhou Kehui Technology was successfully held in Kaifeng Zhongzhou International Hotel, which will further accelerate the pace of air separation plant intelligent industry chain.
Gao Jianjun, Kaifeng City Mayor; Chen Zhihong, chairman of Zhengzhou Kehui Technology; He Baotang, chairman of DEAR air separation; and Hai Xia, president of DEAR air separation, attended the signing ceremony, and vice mayor Wang Qiujie presided over the signing ceremony.
In his speech, Gao Jianjun said that at present, Kaifeng is facing rare historical opportunities, such as ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, the construction of Zhengzhou metropolitan area, the construction of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng port core engine area, the construction of free trade zone, and the protection and repair of Songdu ancient city. Zhengzhou Kehui Technology is a leading enterprise of industrial robot and intelligent manufacturing in Henan Province. It has outstanding technical advantages and product operation ability. Kaifeng DEAR air separation is in the forefront of domestic air separation technology, and whose some technologies have reached international level. The two enterprises, taking the opportunity of creating a national leading "intelligent manufacturing + air separation" intelligent factory, take the high-end development of intelligent manufacturing as the goal, highlight the key areas, promote the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing and industrial structure optimization, which will certainly create a new engine and cultivate new power for the sustained economic growth of the city. Kaifeng will incorporate this project into the Yellow River Basin ecological protection and high-quality development project library, create a first-class environment, provide first-class services, and fully support the project construction to run out of acceleration. We sincerely hope that Kaifeng Kehui-DEAR project can be benchmarked first-class, strengthen the top-level design, promote the project to make substantial progress, continuously enhance the strength, speed up the pace of listing, and make new and greater contributions to Kaifeng economic development.
Air separation industry is a business card of Kaifeng. Through this project, Kehui-DEAR will give full play to Kaifeng's advantages in traditional air separation industry, integrate existing resources, implement "three major transformations" on traditional industry, and take "intelligent manufacturing + air separation" as an opportunity to promote the upgrading and transformation of intelligent air separation. After the project putting into operation, Kaifeng will be built into a national leading intelligent air separation equipment base, at the same time, it will rapidly promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing, accelerate the strategic structural adjustment of regional economy, and plant new advantages in Kaifeng's development. The signing of the contract marks a solid step in the strategic cooperation and planning of Kehui Technology in Kaifeng, and will become a milestone in the rapid development channel of Kehui-DEAR.

Under the joint verification and signature of the leaders, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Shunhe District government, Zhengzhou Kehui Technology Co., Ltd., and Kaifeng DEAR air separation industry Co., Ltd. signed the agreement.
