According to the information from the Science and Technology Bureau on September 23, Lu Hongtai, the chief engineer of DEAR air separation, was successfully selected into the "science and technology innovation talent plan of Kaifeng city in 2019 ".
DEAR air separation applies in strict accordance with the requirements of notice on applying for the plan of scientific and technological innovation talents in Kaifeng city (the first batch) in 2019 [2019] No. 69, Mr. Lu Hongtai was successfully selected by screening, expert review and other procedures relying on her excellent comprehensive strength.

Lu Hongtai is now the chief engineer and the dean of the Design and Research Institute of DEAR air separation. He has participated in the design work of more than two hundred sets of air separation devices and served as the chief designer of more than 50 sets of air separation devices; he developed the first set of self-pressurization process air separation device in China. From the operation point of view, it is ideal both in advance and stability; the KDON-15000/15000 air separation plant which presided over the design has obtained the high-tech product certificate from the Science and Technology Department of Henan province; it has deep attainments in the whole distillation hydrogen-free argon production theory, the acceptance rate of the argon equipment with charge or guidance design reaches 100%; in 2018, he was awarded as an excellent scientific and technological worker who has made outstanding contributions to the scientific and technological cause of Henan province since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, and also an expert in the expert database of the Science and Technology Department of Henan province.
Led by him, The Design and Research Institute of DEAR air separation plant developed the first set of energy-saving ultra-low pressure flow air separation unit in China. The air compressor's discharge pressure decreased from 0.52 MPa to 0.42 MPa, which saved energy by 10% and helped the development of DEAR air separation unit. In 2018, Henan air separation Engineering Technology Research Center, based on Kaifeng DEAR air separation Industrial Co., Ltd., was established, and Lu Hongtai served as the director of the academic committee.
