This equipment is our company's first set of matching nitrogen separation equipment with an annual output of 50,000 tons of lime nitrogen project, and it is also our company's first set of nitrogen equipment in this area. The successful signing of this set of nitrogen production equipment reflects the advancement and superiority of our company in the process of high-purity nitrogen equipment, and also opens up a new market for our company in the northwest region.
Xiangmei chemical project is located in Taisha Industrial Park, Pingluo county, Ningxia. The park is located in Pingluo County. The park is near the Yellow River to the east and Helan Mountain to the West. The Beijing-Tibet Expressway runs through the east of the park. The Baolan Railway is connected to the west of the park, which is 20 kilometers away from Shizui Mountain, a famous Northwest city. The traffic is inconvenient. You have to take an hour's bus from your residence every day, then walk for a long time to arrive at the park, and then walk for another 40 minutes to arrive at Xiangmei chemical plant. Even so, our staff usually uniform the tooling and wear the chest card, leaving a deep impression on the other side with a good image. In the process of construction debugging, the spirit of project manager Wang Xin and engineer Liu daoxun who are devoted to their work and conscientious and responsible deeply moved the leaders of Xiangmei chemical industry. They won the trust of customers with practical actions and professional skills.
As a project manager, Wang Xin has been in Xiangmei chemical industry for half a year. When he came, his child was just half a year old and had not been weaned yet. Although in the critical stage of children's growth, as a father, he can't accompany the children, and he can't fulfill his duties and obligations, his family understand and support his work very much. The living conditions of the Xiangmei construction site under construction are extremely simple and crude, so they can only live in the simple rooms of the construction site, and they often wake up from cold at night; they can only fill their stomach with instant noodles every day. Under this condition, he insisted, but DEAR people didn't complain. In the early stage of equipment debugging, I also encountered many unexpected difficulties. Because Xiangmei construction site was in the process of construction and all the facilities were not perfect, it often encountered water and power outages, and it lasted for several days once stopped. And the local temperature is very low, usually the temperature is between 1 degrees below zero to 17 degrees below zero, if the water tank is shut down, it will freeze; thus the equipment can not be debugged normally. Because of several temporary power outages and water outages, the whole system is forced to stop and start in disorder, causing repeated equipment accidents. This set of air separation plant adopts the international advanced double-tower and double-condensation technology, and is controlled by full manual valve at the same time, so there must be specially-assigned person to monitor and operate the whole process. The professional dedication of Liu daoxun, a technical engineer stationed at the project site, was admired by everyone. He worked overtime every time he debugged, and once stayed at the debugging site for 6 consecutive days. He could only have a rest for a while every day, and was full of exhaustion. Despite this, he still recorded the working condition of the equipment carefully, carefully and responsibly, and all kinds of data appeared during the debugging.
After knowing the practical difficulties of the construction site, the chief engineer Xu Hao was appointed to lead the technical elites to the construction site personally to tailor the technical scheme for the technical problems in the technical construction. Through the hard work and technical research of the DEARs, the project was finally successfully debugged.
In the initial stage of debugging, the pressure from the urge and incomprehension of Xiangmei chemical industry can be imagined. Through their insistence and persistence, the project construction and equipment debugging are ensured to be carried out scientifically, effectively and smoothly, and finally nitrogen is produced smoothly. All indicators are better than the design indicators, and it passed the examination of 72 hours, reaching the customer satisfaction.
