II. Characteristics of technological process
This device adopts molecular sieve purification, booster turbine expansion machine to supply the device with cooling, full low pressure flow.
The choice of this process is safe, reliable and economic and reasonable. The main reasons are:
1. Good security
The whole set of equipment has low operating pressure, simple process, high level of equipment safety, long switching cycle of molecular sieve system, longer service life of switching valve and reducing potential safety hazard.
Main cooling (K1) extracts a large amount of liquid oxygen to ensure the possibility of the accumulation of hydrocarbon to the minimum.
2. High reliability
A large amount of surplus nitrogen can be sent to the water cooling tower, which reduces the load of the water chilling unit, reduces the energy consumption of air separation and reduces the use cost, thus further improving the reliability of the unit.
3. Convenient operation and maintenance, simple craft.
