How to install the automatic valve correctly?

Before the automatic valve is installed in the automatic valve box, it must be disassembled and washed clean, and the oil must be removed with clean alcohol. If it has been used, the automatic valve must grind the sealing surface, and then test the pressure with special tools. According to the manufacturing requirements, the leakage is less than 0.1L/min under the pressure of 0.6MPa. In actual work, kerosene leakage detection or soap water leakage detection can be used. Install the automatic valve in special tools first, put the pressure of 0.6MPa into it, and stop the pressure for 3 min. The standard of air leakage is: no more than 6 soap bubbles with a diameter of 40mm should be blown out within 3 minutes. The automatic valve that has passed the pressure test should be equipped with Open pin for standby. Special attention should be paid to the use of low temperature resistant brass or stainless steel products for the opening pin, and ordinary opening pin should not be used casually.
After the installation of the air separation Tower is completed, and the impurities in the refrigerator (or switching heat exchanger) and the pipelines inside the tower are completely blown away, the automatic valve should be put into the automatic valve box before the distillation tower is ready to be heated. The automatic valve box should be cleaned and oiled with alcohol. The installation method is to install the upper layer first, then install the lower layer. Pay attention to straighten the washer when installing, especially the pure aluminum pad should be complete. Tighten the screw nut symmetrically and evenly.
If the automatic valve is found to be stuck during operation, the automatic valve should be removed and soaked in liquid nitrogen for 15 min to check the flexibility of the automatic valve. Pick out the locked valve and properly increase the gap between the valve stem and the valve seat hole.
