Piston type liquid oxygen pump is widely used in liquid gasification station. The following requirements should be paid attention to during use:
1) all parts, pipes, valves, sealing rings and so on contacting with oxygen must be strictly deoiled;
2) the oil level of the transmission device of the liquid pump should be checked frequently. The minimum oil level of the reduction box should not be lower than the top of the big gear, and the lowest position marked by the oil Rod should be measured;
3) When disassembling the internal parts of the liquid pump, there should be no dust in the working environment. Tools and work clothes must be clean and greasy. Clean parts should be blown dry with nitrogen to prevent moisture and dust pollution. All nozzles should be sealed with white cloth in case of entering the dirt, pulling the piston and cylinder;
4) the liquid pump should not be started before the precooling is complete. Do not operate without flowing medium;
5) the highest pressure when the liquid works should not exceed the highest allowable working pressure;
6) when the liquid pump needs to be disassembled due to fault, it should be heated to normal temperature with hot air or nitrogen before disintegrating;
7) the low temperature liquid pump should be 2 ~ lower than the liquid level of the storage tank when installing ~ 3 m, the closer the feed pump is to the pump, the better to reduce gasification. The inlet pressure should not be greater than 0.2MPa to prevent the deformation and blasting of the inlet bellows;
8) when there are stop valves in the front and back of the inlet and outlet pipelines of the liquid pump, release valves and safety valves should be installed between the two valves to prevent overpressure caused by misoperation;
9) when the liquid pump stops working, it should immediately close the liquid feeding valve of the storage tank, drain the pipelines and the liquid in the pump, and prevent the liquid from being overpressure due to the gasification of the liquid due to the temperature rising.
