Chairman He Baotang introduced and analyzed the current situation of air separation manufacturing and future development at home and abroad, and President Hai Xia introduced the relevant situation of air distillation column equipment intelligent workshop according to the situation of DEAR air separation.
The intelligent era has come. According to the requirement of national industry 4.0, DEAR air separation plans to invest 0.1 billion yuan, it cooperates with Zhengzhou Kehui science and technology company, Shenzhen guko Motion Control Research Institute, Guyuan special robot company, Shandong Moor welding and cutting equipment manufacturing company, and the artificial intelligence research institute of Hefei University of Technology, etc, it takes 3 to 5 years to build an air separation equipment production line with flexible manufacturing and mixed line production, as well as a modern intelligent air separation demonstration enterprise integrating intelligent management operation and remote intelligent control operation and maintenance. The first phase of the project has been officially launched in May 2019, and it is planned to invest more than 30 million yuan to conduct automatic and intelligent transformation of DEAR air separation non-ferrous production line (aluminum production line).
At the signing ceremony, the principal principals of the two enterprises made statements respectively and signed on the cooperation agreement. Director Zhao Xin, deputy district chief Hu Qinghong, deputy director Li Yaqun, Secretary Chen Guangxi and chief economist Kang Dongning made passionate speeches respectively.
