I. Starting and running should be conducted according to the following requirements:
1. Water should be supplied to the cooling water system and the cooling water system. When the cooling water is below 20 °C, the regulating valve should reduce the water supply of the cooling water;
2. Start the generator pump and the absorbent pump to make the solution circulate;
3. The steam or hot water valve should be opened slowly to supply water to the generator. For the set with steam as heat source, the set should be operated under lower steam pressure first, after there is no abnormal phenomenon, gradually increase the steam pressure to the specified value of the equipment technical documents;
4. When the water bag of the evaporator's refrigerant has enough water, the evaporator pump should be started and the refrigerator should be adjusted to make it run normally;
5. During the start-up operation, the vacuum pump should be started to remove the residual air in the system or the non-condensable gas generated from the initial operation.
II. The items and requirements checked during Operation should meet the following provisions:
1. The concentration and temperature of dilute solution, concentrated solution and mixed solution should accord with the provisions of equipment technical documents;
2. The water volume and temperature difference between inlet and outlet of cooling water and chilled water should accord with the provisions of equipment technical documents;
3. The pressure and temperature of heating steam and the temperature and flow of condensate water or the temperature and flow of hot water should conform to the provisions of equipment technical documents;
4. The proportion of cold agent water mixed with lithium broach should not exceed 1.04;
5. The system should keep the specified vacuum degree;
6. The operation of shielded pump should be stable, and there should be no blocking, overheating, abnormal sound and other phenomena;
7. The movements of each safety protection relay should be sensitive and correct, and the indication of instrument should be accurate.
