I. Advanced and mature process
Over 50 years since the development of air separation plant in our country, the air separation process has gone through six generations, and now it is developing towards the seventh generation of large-scale internal compression process of normal temperature molecular sieve purification, as the fifth generation process of normal temperature molecular sieve purification and booster expansion process and the sixth generation process of normal temperature molecular sieve purification stuffing, it is quite advanced and mature both at home and abroad. As the seventh generation process, it is appropriate to be used in the air separation plant above 10000Nm 3/h (which reduces oxygen permeability and energy consumption ). Most of the domestic air separation equipment under 15000Nm 3/h are domestic equipment. From self-cleaning air filter, single-axis centrifugal air compressor, biaxial centrifugal air compressor, stuffing air cooling tower, stuffing water cooling tower, air cooler unit, water chilling unit, single double bed vertical and horizontal filter with powder foam molecular sieve adsorber, electric heater with transfer cabinet, pressurized turbine expansion machine, high efficient circulation sieve plate upper and lower tower, structured stuffing upper tower, aluminum plate warped high efficient heat exchanger, to oxygen and nitrogen turbine compressor, vertical piston type oxygen, nitrogen compressor and other main air separation supporting units, as well as DCS control system, electrical control system with microcomputer comprehensive protection are quite reliable. Therefore, the reliability of the current air separation equipment is so high that many new air separation equipment manufacturers can still guarantee the start and operation of the air separation equipment under the condition of low quality of operators. It's just a few more times of parking and a few more times of driving. It can be said that these devices have reached the situation of unattended.
Third, the performance of single equipment is good
The self-cleaning filter equipped with DEAR's products is quite rich in the filter area, and the strict requirements on filter materials and solenoid valve make it safe, reliable and convenient to use. The single-axis centrifugal air compressor produced by DEAR has high reliability and air elasticity. Some new users often start and stop, but they still operate well, and there is a considerable space for increasing the gas volume (but the matched motor should meet the requirements), which brings good news to some users whose gas consumption is low. IV. The multi-productization of the whole set of equipment
After adopting the sixth generation of air separation process, especially taking corresponding measures in the single equipment, the multi-product of the whole set of air separation equipment becomes easy to realize and stable. The air separation upper tower adopts regular stuffing, and the crude argon Tower I, the crude argon Tower II and the refined argon Tower all adopt regular stuffing. In addition, some measures are taken during the design and manufacture of the stuffing tower, for example, adding a piece of sieve plate under the coarse argon tower makes the extraction of argon easy and quite stable. The supercharged turbine expansion function is used to extract more cold energy, thus providing convenience for the whole equipment to produce liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon.
