Secondly, the equipment shall be inspected and maintained regularly. Regularly clean the packing in the air cooling tower to prevent blocking or damage of the packing and affect the airflow distribution and cooling effect. Check the nozzle to ensure that the spray is uniform and avoid water drops caused by excessive local water volume. Regularly check and replace the demister to ensure that it can effectively intercept water droplets and prevent water vapor from entering the subsequent system with air.
Moreover, strengthen the training of operators. Improve the operators' familiarity with the operating principle and operating procedures of the air cooling tower, so that they can accurately judge the equipment operation status and timely handle abnormal conditions. The startup and shutdown and load adjustment of equipment shall be carried out in strict accordance with the operation process to avoid the water entrainment problem caused by improper operation.
Through the above measures, from the aspects of operating parameter control, equipment maintenance and personnel operation, it can effectively prevent the air cooling tower of the air separation equipment from carrying water and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
