Common causes and solutions for high outlet air temperature of air separation tower of air separation equipment?

Higher outlet air temperature of air cooling tower will increase adsorption load of subsequent molecular sieve and affect stable operation of air separation system. Common causes and corresponding solutions are as follows:
1、 Cooling/chilled water system problems, such as insufficient water supply, blocked piping or too high chilled water temperature. Check the operating state of the water pump, clean the impurities in the pipeline and ensure sufficient water supply; At the same time, check the chiller unit and adjust the parameters to make the chilled water temperature meet the standard.
2、 The equipment operates abnormally, including the blockage of spray device in the air cooling tower, the decrease of heat exchange efficiency due to the scaling of packing, or the air flow distribution due to the failure of overhead water collector. Shut down the machine to overhaul the spray device, clean the packing and replace the damaged water collector.
3、 Failure of instrument and control, such as inaccurate temperature measuring instrument and abnormal liquid level control system, resulting in abnormal liquid level in the column. Timely check or replace the temperature measuring instrument, check the level transmitter and control valve, and restore the normal level control.
4、 Operation and environmental factors, such as sudden increase of air intake, too high ambient temperature, or foam entrainment. Smoothly adjust the intake load and optimize the ventilation and cooling of the workshop; In case of foam, add defoaming agent and check the water quality to standardize the operation process.
