As the core power source of air separation equipment, the daily maintenance of the air compressor should focus on the following key points to ensure stable operation and energy efficiency optimization of the equipment:
1、 Lubrication system management
Regularly checking the oil level and quality is the foundation. Daily confirmation is required to ensure that the lubricating oil level is above the centerline of the scale; Sampling and testing of oil acid value, viscosity, and moisture every quarter. If the indicators exceed the standard (such as acid value>2mgKOH/g), they should be replaced immediately. At the same time, it is necessary to clean the oil filter monthly to prevent impurities from blocking the oil circuit.
2、 Cooling system maintenance
The cleaning of the cooler directly affects the heat dissipation efficiency. Use compressed air to blow back the fins of the cooler every week to remove accumulated dust; Disassemble the water-cooled cooler every six months. In addition, monitor the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling water (normal range 5-8 ℃). If the temperature difference is too large, it may indicate water blockage or fan failure.
3、 Vibration and temperature monitoring
Dynamic monitoring is implemented through vibration sensors and infrared thermometers. Daily record the vibration value of the host bearing (≤ 7.1mm/s is qualified) and the temperature of the bearing shell (≤ 65 ℃). If the data fluctuates abnormally (such as a sudden increase of 30% in vibration value), the machine should be stopped immediately to check the rotor balance or coupling alignment. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the temperature of the motor winding (≤ 120 ℃) to prevent insulation aging from causing short circuits.
4、 Air intake filtration and sealing inspection
Clean the intake filter element weekly to ensure a pressure difference of ≤ 0.05MPa and avoid compressor surge caused by increased intake resistance. Check the leakage of the shaft seal every month (≤ 5mL/min).
