What is the difference between full heating of air separation equipment in the cold state and in the hot state, and what is the difference in the operation method?

Full heating in the cold state is a heating operation after stopping. The main purpose is to remove the residual moisture, carbon dioxide, acetylene and other impurities, for the next cycle of long-term operation or maintenance.
Comprehensive warming in hot condition is the warming operation before driving. Its main purpose is to remove moisture and some solid impurities.
Full heating in the hot state, the temperature difference in the tower is less, generally less than 60 ℃; while the cold state heating, the temperature difference is more than 200 ℃. In order to prevent the tower inner vessel, pipeline thermal stress is too large and damage, the cold state of the full heating and the hot state of the full heating in the operating procedures are different.
The procedure of full-scale heating in cold state is shutdown - liquid discharge - static - cold blowing - heating - system blowing out. The end point of heating is the outlet temperature of the heated gas until it reaches room temperature. Under the hot state, the full heating operation procedure is divided into heating and blowing off two steps. In order to completely remove moisture to achieve the purpose of drying, the outlet temperature of the heated gas should be higher than room temperature. In order to remove the solid debris, the blowing off part of the full heating operation in the hot state is more important.
