There is a series of ring grooves on the outer surface of the piston of the labyrinth compressor. The ring grooves on the piston and the working surface of the cylinder form a series of labyrinth chambers, which can be effectively sealed by the throttling effect of the gas. Labyrinth compressor is characterized by no contact between cylinder and piston, no piston ring, and can work without any lubrication conditions, but it requires high processing and installation quality.

Kaifeng DEAR Air Separation Industrial Co., Ltd. and Anyang Group Minyuan Special Steel Co., Ltd. have signed a supply contract for a set of KDON (Ar) - 11000/2000/300 air separation equipment. The process flow of the equipment is a set of purification process using packed tower and front molecular sieve. The double-tower distillation is also equipped with a full-distillation hydrogen-free argon production system and a liquid storage system. Users put forward special requirements for energy consumption, and Deere Design Institute also adopted a relatively new energy-saving design when designing the project. The equipment has been installed and debugged, and all indicators meet the design requirements, especially in energy saving and consumption reduction. It has set a benchmark for energy saving air separation in the industry.
