DEAR Air separation equipment.The fault occurs at each connection. The causes of this kind of failure include cold and freezing of valve packing, leakage of connecting flange between valve seat and pipeline, leakage of tin filling thread at both ends of valve screw sleeve, etc. The valve stem packing is generally in the packing groove where the valve stem is close to the wall of the cold box.If the upper and lower correction irons outside the shell of the fractionator are broken or lost during transportation, the pearlite in the fractionator shall be unloaded, a vertical line shall be hung from the top of the upper tower to the condensing evaporator, and the distance between the vertical line and the tower body shall be measured from the top, middle and bottom, and the verticality deviation shall not be greater than 1 / 1000. Every 90 degrees, the measured values should be basically consistent. If not, the bottom of fractionator can be adjusted by adding pad iron to make it meet the requirements.

Although the purity of rich oxygen is not high (oxygen content is 24% - 25%), the oxygen consumption is considerable due to the large amount of blast, which is close to one third of the oxygen used in steelmaking. Therefore, it has also become a major oxygen user.
Attention should be paid to the following points when degreasing: degreaser with oil content less than 50mg / l can be used as net degreasing agent, degreaser with oil content in the range of 50-500mg / l can only be used for crude degreasing, and then it must be cleaned again with net degreaser. If the oil content is more than 500 mg / L, it must be distilled and regenerated, and the oil content must be tested before it can be used for degreasing;DEAR Air separation equipment.Due to the large amount of molecular sieve, the molecular sieves produced by different kilns are different. Therefore, the molecular sieves from the same batch of kilns should be evenly filled into two molecular sieve tanks. After the completion of filling, use the flattening mechanism to flatten, and check whether the molecular sieve filling reaches the standard height (the ring chamber has been buried under the molecular sieve). The molecular sieve is leveled again until the molecular sieve on the sieve bed is smooth and there is no concave convex problem. If there is no problem, it can be considered that the filling work is finished.
