Filling requirements of molecular sieve filler

1.Before filling alumina and molecular sieve adsorbent into the adsorber, personnel should be arranged to enter the adsorber to check whether the screen screen is damaged. If there is any damage, it must be repaired before filling.

2.The quantity of adsorbent should be counted during loading and unloading, and the packing barrel and bag of adsorbent should be prevented from being damaged, and the adsorbent should be prevented from getting damp due to poor sealing.

3.The molecular sieve in the container should be filled in dry weather without rain. Personnel entering the container shall wear oil-free work clothes and caps and clean soft soled shoes.
