Full liquefied air separation plant is a kind of equipment commonly used to realize liquefied gas in industrial manufacturing and production, which can meet various needs. At present, there are three types of high-pressure gasifier used in the air separation equipment: water bath type, air bath type, installed in the air separation tower, heated by processing air. The first two types of gasifiers are used for pressurized gasification after the liquid storage tank. Their cooling capacity is not recovered and the cooling loss is large. The early appearance of liquid in the liquefier of the full liquefied air separation plant indicates that the liquefier is connected too early.
