This unit adopts molecular sieve purification, pressurized turbine expansion machine to supply the unit with cooling capacity, and at the same time adopts the whole rectification hydrogen-free argon production process. Meanwhile, liquid oxygen self-pressurization is adopted to reduce oxygen compression system. The choice of this process is safe, reliable and economic and reasonable. The main reasons are: 1.
