The new material industry system of DEAR air separation has been initially formed and the development situation is good. With the introduction of national strategic planning such as "The development plan of national strategic emerging industries in the 13th Five-Years Plan" and "The development plan of new material industry in the 13th Five-Years Plan", it has created a good policy environment for the development of new material industry. Recently, DEAR air separation cooperated with clients on the 1500/100 Y-type project of small air separation plant. The overall design of the project is reasonable, and the one-time drive is successful, and all the indicators exceed the design indicators.

1. Use imported centrifugal air compressor. 2. precooling system The air-cooler unit assembled by the imported compressor has low power consumption, flexible cooling capacity adjustment and reliable performance. The system can cool the air to 7℃, effectively preventing the molecular sieve adsorber from carrying water accident. 3. purification system Special molecular sieve for air separation is selected to make the CO2 content in the air less than 1PPm after the adsorber is released. Molecular sieve adsorber switches over for 8 hours, with less regeneration times and low power consumption. The switch valve of purification system adopts Japanese tooling products with reliable movement, leakage of 0 and switching times of more than 100,000. 4. distillation column system Adopt single-stage rectification, waste gas expansion cycle. The heat exchange system composed of the main heat exchanger, the liquid purifier and the supercooler distributes the cooling amount reasonably, which effectively reduces the loss of liquefaction before air rectification, vaporization after liquid-air throttling and reheat shortage. Use high-efficiency convection distillation column. The fully immersed condensing evaporator adopts the explosion-proof design, which further enhances the safety and stability of equipment operation. Without a separate heating system, the distillation column can be heated, cooled, hydrops and purified in one breath. The operation is simple and fast, and the start-up time is less than 20 hours. Set up liquid nitrogen recharge system to shorten start-up. 5. turbine expansion unit Expansion impeller is designed by NREC software, five-coordinate linkage CNC machine tool processing, gas bearing, fan braking, high entropy efficiency and reliable operation. Considering stability and reliability, fan braking is adopted. 6. liquid nitrogen storage and vaporization system Use storage tank self-pressurization to replace liquid nitrogen pump, which reduces investment and operates reliably. |
