East Hope Group was founded in 1982 by the famous private entrepreneur Liu yongxing. It is the first batch of private enterprises established after China's reform and opening. At present, it has developed into a large private enterprise groupintegrating agriculture, heavy chemical industry chain, etc. East hope headquarter is in Pudong, Shanghai. The company has 10487 employees, 145 branch enterprises and an annual output value of more than 32 billion yuan, all of which are in the forefront of the industry in terms of competitiveness. From 2007 to 2009, it paid 3.67 billion yuan of tax for the state.
DEAR air separation signed a contract for providing KDN (AR) - 10000 / 120 air separation equipment of East Hope Group. The installation began on October 18, 2018. On August 1, 2019, nitrogen commissioning was qualified for grid connection and use, and on October 15, argon commissioning was qualified. All indexes meet the design requirements. The operation of the air separation equipment is stable, and the product index has reached and exceeded the design requirements of the contract.
The project is a complete set of nitrogen and argon products required for the production of 30000t / Y of the phase2 of the 100000 t / a polysilicon project of Xinjiang East hope new energy Co., Ltd.
KDN(Ar)-10000/120 High purity nitrogen with argon
The unit adopts molecular sieve purification, booster turbo expander to supplement the cooling capacity of the unit, as well as the whole rectification hydrogen free argon production process.
This process is safe, reliable and economical. The main reasons are as follows:
1. Good safety
The whole set of device has the advantages of low operating pressure, simple process, high equipment safety, long switching cycle of molecular sieve system, increased service life of switching valve, and reduced potential safety hazards.
A large amount of liquid oxygen is extracted from the main cooling (K1) to minimize the possibility of hydrocarbon accumulation.
2. High reliability
A large amount of surplus nitrogen can be sent to the water cooling tower in order to reduce the load of the water chiller and reduce the energy consumption of air separation and the use cost, so that the reliability of the device is further improved.
