Recently, the complete set of core cryogenic Air Separation equipment for DEAR Air Separation's self-operated gas island project has been transported to the project site in batches. All kinds of towers, units, intelligent control systems, supporting auxiliary equipment and other goods have completed the unloading, inventory and transshipment work in an orderly manner. The domestically produced high-end Air Separation equipment that has traveled across the oceans has landed at the construction site in Indonesia, marking that this overseas benchmark project has officially entered the critical stage of complete unit installation. DEAR Air Separation's overseas project team sticks to the front line, works with exquisite craftsmanship, and fully fulfills the full-cycle delivery commitment with strict quality control and efficient construction.
The intelligent and energy-saving cryogenic Air Separation unit landed in Indonesia this time is specially designed to support the whole-process steelmaking of steel blast furnaces and electric furnaces, and can continuously and stably supply high-purity oxygen, nitrogen and argon industrial gases. The project deeply integrates the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and the "Artificial Intelligence +" development idea, integrates energy-saving and consumption-reducing processes and intelligent operation and maintenance systems, and is a key demonstration project of DEAR Air Separation's "Technology + Full-cycle Service" overseas model. From domestic manufacturing, ex-factory inspection, cross-border logistics to on-site unloading and transportation, the complete set of equipment implements a standardized quality inspection process throughout the whole chain. After each batch of goods arrives at the site, personnel from technology, logistics and construction carry out verification and acceptance simultaneously, check the equipment specifications, the integrity of parts and components, and the integrity of protection item by item, eliminate omissions and hidden dangers, and firmly hold the first pass of equipment quality.
Since the launch of the project, DEAR Air Separation has set up a professional overseas localized construction and operation and maintenance team to take root in the Indonesian construction site, overcome multiple tests such as cross-border construction coordination, overseas working condition adaptation, and multi-process cross-operation, and always adhere to the ingenuity of exquisite craftsmanship without slack. A refined construction schedule plan has been formulated for the complete unit installation stage, the operation standards for each link such as equipment hoisting, pipeline connection, intelligent system wiring, and cold box assembly have been refined, overseas work safety specifications have been implemented simultaneously, the whole-process quality on-site supervision and dynamic progress control mechanism have been implemented, and the domestic technical center has been linked synchronously to provide remote technical support, so that the collaboration at home and abroad ensures that both construction accuracy and construction efficiency meet the standards.
As a benchmark project of DEAR Air Separation's overseas "self-operated gas island", this project is different from the traditional equipment export mode, carrying the core layout of the enterprise's transformation from an equipment supplier to a global full-cycle gas operator. It is not only an important carrier for the simultaneous overseas expansion of domestic high-end Air Separation equipment, operation and maintenance systems, and comprehensive industrial chain capabilities, but also will provide stable low-carbon gas source support for Indonesia's industrial production, and help the local steel industry achieve green upgrading.
