Recently, the technical team from DEAR Air Separation visited the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) to conduct a special promotion of intelligent energy-saving solutions for ash conveying for the power plant cluster within the park. During on-site exchanges, the team, by considering the actual operational scenarios of the park, demonstrated the significant advantages of this solution in reducing ash conveying energy consumption and enhancing system intelligence. This received high recognition from the power plant, laying a solid foundation for subsequent deeper cooperation.

IMIP in Indonesia is the world's largest integrated nickel/stainless steel industrial base. As the core energy support for the park's entire industrial chain covering ferronickel, stainless steel, and electrolytic aluminum, energy consumption optimization and intelligent upgrading are of great significance for the park's cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and green development.
The ash conveying energy-saving technology promoted this time is a core energy-saving solution developed by DEAR Air Separation based on the Blue Bank Digital Intelligence System and AIPC intelligent control technology. This solution integrates AI large models and deep learning algorithms, enabling real-time optimization of the operational parameters of the ash conveying system. It replaces traditional manual experience-based adjustments, achieving dual effects of "saving gas for ash conveying and saving materials for desulfurization." Verified by benchmark projects, it can reduce coal consumption for power supply, electricity consumption, and desulfurizer consumption, helping power plants operate in a low-carbon manner.
