On April 30, 2025, the DEAR Air Separation Industrial Park was filled with a vibrant atmosphere as the "2025 Q1 'Strong Start' Summary & May Day Awards Ceremony" was grandly held. With the theme "Striving for a Strong Start, Building New Glory Together," the event served as both a grand review of DEAR Air Separation's achievements in the first quarter and a vivid testament to the united efforts of all employees.

As the guiding leaders of DEAR Air Separation, Mr. He and Ms. Hai demonstrated deep care for employees during the ceremony. In the critical "Strong Start" campaign of Q1, DEAR Air Separation achieved remarkable results. General Manager Wu Di, exemplifying leadership, worked tirelessly during the Spring Festival to strategize and successfully signed the Shache Blue Shore Project, marking a major breakthrough in the marketization of the Blue Shore System. Under the efforts of leaders like Wu Di, He Donglin, and Li Guanxiong, the [Beijing Gas Island] Project was successfully filed, securing Beijing's first chemical industry license in five years and reaching cooperation intentions with numerous key institutions.

Mr. Pei Xinping made multiple trips to Huaxi Steel, and through exceptional communication skills and perseverance, secured the Huaxi Steel project contract, making outstanding contributions to expanding DEAR Air Separation's gas investment business in the Yangtze River Delta market.

Minister Gao Yanbin led his project team in meticulous planning for the Jinfeng Project, successfully signing the Shanxi Jinfeng contract.
