A set of KDON (Ar/KX/HN) -31000/40000/900/55/3 digital air separation equipment designed, manufactured, installed, and debugged by Kaifeng DEAR Air Separation Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DEAR Air Separation) has met the standards for oxygen and nitrogen products.
This set of intelligent air separation equipment is a complete supply contract signed between DEAR Air Separation and Xinji Aosen Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aosen Special Steel) in September 2023. The equipment includes molecular sieve adsorption, turbocharging expander, regular packing upper and lower towers, argon tower, full distillation hydrogen free argon production, liquid oxygen self pressurization+oxygen external compression, inspection robot (drone), etc., and applies DEAR Air Separation's independently developed "Blue Shore Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System".
The "Lanan Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System" independently developed by DEAR Air Separation follows the principles of adapting to the machine, prioritizing safety, optimizing operations, determining production and consumption based on production, intelligent operation and maintenance, remote supervision, and data retention. Focusing on the actual situation and considering future access, it focuses on six modules: "visual security management, product production management, product operation management, application energy management, robot inspection management, and equipment intelligent management" to help enterprises improve their safety prevention capabilities, reduce energy consumption, reduce employee labor intensity, improve production efficiency, and enhance product quality. It further integrates into the digital construction of smart factories.
