On the morning of Sep 4, Shunhe Hui Nationality District invited more than 30 citizens' representatives to form an investigation group and went to Kaifeng DEAR air separation to conduct on-the-spot investigation and observation on the theme of "scientific and technological innovation leading to high-quality economic development". The activity was sponsored by the Publicity Department of the District Committee and undertaken by the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry of the District Committee. The delegation came to Kaifeng DEAR air separation’s intelligent production line and remote monitoring room to listen to the company's deputy general manager Wang Yan, Dr. Li Guanxiong, and He Donglin, vice president of the Design Institute.
