On the morning of August 12, Zhao Jie, vice chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Committee, Miao Chen, vice chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Committee and chairman of the Jiusan Society, led a team of 25 Municipal Political Consultative Committee members, experts and scholars to DEAR air separation, to conduct the research on the topic of "accelerating scientific and technological innovation and promoting high-quality economic development". Zhao Wenfeng, director of Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Wang Kai, fourth level researcher, Fu Liming, chairman of Shunhe District Political Consultative Committee, Hu Qinghong, deputy head of Shunhe District government, Zhao Xin, director of Science, Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Shunhe District, Li Ruowan, director of Pingguoyuan office, and Chen Hui, director of Enterprise Development Center of Biandong Industrial Cluster, accompanied the investigation.
This research aims to understand the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry, the construction of innovation platform and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Members of the municipal committee are very excited about the first intelligent production line of flexible fractionating column in Kaifeng of DEAR air separation’s transformation. Air separation manufacturing is a dominant industry in our city. Through solving the "pain point" of intelligent transformation of traditional non-standard enterprise products in small batch and multiple varieties, DEAR air separation uses different sections in the disassemble production process to carry out intelligent transformation in sections, which solves the intelligent problems of small batch non-standard enterprises. Members of the committee are very interested in the new equipment in the manufacturing industry, such as "intelligent stereoscopic storehouse" and "welding robot"!
