On the morning of July 9, Zhao Wenfeng, director of Kaifeng Science and Technology Bureau, led deputy director Ma Lingzhi, deputy director Zhao Zhenxian and heads of departments to conduct on-the-spot investigation visit DEAR air separation. They listened to opinions and suggestions on scientific and technological innovation. Chen Zhigang, member of the Standing Committee of Shunhe District Committee and executive deputy district chief, Hu Qinghong, deputy director of Shunhe District, and Zhao Xin, director of the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry of Shunhe District, participated in the investigation.
Zhao Wenfeng and his team respectively went to DEAR air separation workshop to inspect the intelligent production line, and then held a forum. At the forum, director Zhao Wenfeng listened to the basic information of the company, the progress of science and technology policies, and the opinions and suggestions of enterprises on scientific and technological innovation. He asked the heads of departments of Science and Technology Bureau to give targeted answers one by one. Director Zhao Wenfeng finally put forward three suggestions for enterprises: 1. Accurate positioning of various R & D platforms suitable for enterprises. 2. Accurately grasp the four types of science and technology support policies, which are competitive support funds such as science and technology projects, inclusive support funds such as incubators, policy support funds such as research and development platform, and guidance support funds such as science and technology finance. 3. Accurately plan the R & D direction of enterprises and improve the carrier of scientific and technological R & D platform.
At last, Chen Zhigang, District Standing Committee member and executive deputy district chief, and Hu Qinghong, deputy district chief, expressed their heartfelt thanks to Director Zhao Wenfeng for his team's investigation in Shunhe District and interpretation of policies for enterprises.
