On November 8, 2018, it was reported that DEAR air separation (hereinafter referred to as DEAR) provided for Hebei Anfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anfeng iron and steel) KDON (Ar) the argon system of-30000/70000-900 air separation plant was successfully debugged once, and argon products were successfully produced. The production and purity of argon both exceeded the design index:

This set of equipment is the second set of 30 thousand-level air separation equipment cooperated with Anfeng iron and steel. After the first 30 thousand-grade air separation plant was put into operation, its working condition was stable, and all indexes were up to standard or exceeded the design index, which won the recognition and affirmation of Anfeng iron and steel. On the basis of trust, the two companies cooperated with the 30 thousand-level air separation plant project again, and successfully produced oxygen and nitrogen products within the agreed construction period. The production and purity of oxygen and nitrogen both reached the standard and exceeded the design index. So far, DEAR air separation has cooperated with Anfeng iron and steel for ten sets of projects. This is the sixth set of argon equipment provided by DEAR air separation for Anfeng iron and steel. The production purity of the first four sets of 15000 type argon equipment and 30000 type argon equipment all exceed the design index, and it has been in normal operation for many years. There are also two sets of 15000 type argon adding projects in progress, which are expected to be completed in the near future.
The argon production technology of DEAR air separation is leading, and it gathers a group of well-known engineers and experts at home and abroad to engage in the innovation and research and development of argon production technology. It has made a breakthrough and won the national patent technology. In recent years, dozens of equipments with argon have successfully produced argon and reached or exceeded the design standard. Especially the production and purity of argon of 1500 air separation plant exported to Burma both exceed the design index. At the same time, it has accumulated rich experience of successful debugging of argon equipment and won unanimous praise from users. This laid a solid technical foundation for the successful debugging of argon equipment of the second KDON (Ar)-30000/70000-900 air separation plant of Anfeng iron and steel.
