The main dangerous and harmful factors in workshop workplace are: electric shock, mechanical injury, lifting injury, burning, falling from high places, suffocating poisoning, object strike, noise and vibration.

1. Electric shock
The electrical circuit laying is not standardized, and the grounding system is defective, electric equipment has no factors such as electric leakage protection, short circuit protection, overload protection measures, the safety distance of power supply and distribution facilities does not conform to the standard specification, the exposed parts of electric equipment have no screen protection, etc., and it is easy to cause electric shock accidents of operators.
Personnel's failure to operate in violation of regulations according to the safety regulations of electrical operation, lack of common sense of safe use of electricity or failure of electrical equipment itself and other reasons may cause electric shock accidents.
The room and the master control machine room are equipped with cranes. If the power slide line of the crane is not well sealed or the wires are exposed, it may cause electric shock damage to the lifting workers.

2. Mechanical damage
The mechanical equipments involved in the workshop include air compressor, air expander, oxygen compressor, vacuum pump, circulating cooling water pump and other rotating mechanical equipments, if there is a defect of the protective device in the electric part of the mechanical equipment or the protective cover is not reinstalled after overhaul, the operator will not reinstall the protective cover when contacting the high-speed operation carelessly, if the operator contacts the moving parts such as flywheel and coupler in high-speed operation carelessly, it may cause the danger of the operator's damage such as collision and involvement.

3. Lifting injury
The machine is special equipment. The cranes of the oxygen generation workshop are distributed in the main plant and the main control machine room, and the hoisting machinery is electric bridge crane.
The main risk of operation is the crane overloading, incomplete configuration of safety protection device, unstable center of gravity of the lifting object during lifting operation, overturn of lifting equipment, overturn, broken steel rope, loss of load, collision of the lifting object, etc, it can cause equipment damage and lifting injury accidents.

4. Burning (frozen)
In the process of cold process, air distillation, argon preparation and other processes are conducted at low temperature, when the operators directly touch all kinds of liquid, gas or low temperature equipment with extremely low temperature during the process of overhaul, inspection and work, they can cause serious frostbite; when the equipment pipeline leaks due to corrosion and other reasons, the injection of chilled liquid and gasification will also cause frostbite to the operators.
Preparation deoxidization reaction medium, reaction temperature 416 ℃, if equipment heat insulation damage or heat insulation effect, high-temperature equipment surface will operation caused by personnel burns.

5. Fall from a high place
If the platform, steel ladder and protective handrail are damaged and rusted when the personnel conduct production operation, inspection tour and equipment maintenance on the operation platform of workshop platform, tower equipment, storage tank and other high places, high falling injury accidents may occur.

6. Suffocating poisoning
Misoperation makes a large amount of lazy gases such as argon, nitrogen and so on be discharged into the room, and it can cause suffocating poisoning due to inhaling high concentration of distilled gas.
In the process of repair, if the replacement treatment is not complete before the equipment overhaul, the air oxygen content does not meet the standard, and the operator does not use protective equipment when entering the equipment, it may cause oxygen deficiency poisoning and suffocating; it can cause suffocating death of operators in the airtight space.

7. Object strike
During the overhaul of equipment, pipeline and valve, the workplace is narrow. If the metal tools and spare parts are not used and placed properly, the failure of coordination of the maintenance personnel when delivering metal tools, spare parts and other objects can cause the injury accident of objects;
If the rotating moving parts of the equipment have cracks or mechanical damages and are not replaced in time, the damaged parts may be thrown out due to the inertia of high-speed rotation, which may cause damage accidents caused by object striking.

8. Noise and vibration
Production equipment such as compressor, fan and pump are relatively strong noise and vibration sources, and the noise and vibration generated during operation will cause certain occupational harm to operators.
