What safety issues should be paid attention to in the use of low temperature liquid gasification machine?

Liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon are widely used in liquid gasification stations to supply gas directly or fill bottles. In order to ensure the safe operation of the aerator, safety control points should be set up and the following matters should be paid attention:


1) set the low temperature control interlock point of the low temperature liquid outlet air purifier. Control the gas outlet temperature to 5 ~ 30℃. When the outlet temperature is lower than 0℃, the liquid pump will be cut off automatically and the liquid will be stopped from entering the air purifier. The air purifier without liquid pump will give out sound and light alarm;
2) set air purifier water temperature control interlock point. Control the water temperature at 40 ~ 60℃. When the water temperature is lower than 30℃, the liquid pump will be cut off automatically, and the liquid will stop entering the air purifier;
3) set the pressure control interlocking point of gasification gas outlet, and control the pressure at the set value. When the outlet gas pressure is higher than the set value, it will give out sound and light alarm; if the pressure continues to rise, it will automatically cut off the liquid pump and stop the liquid from entering the gas purifier;
4) safety valves and vent valves should be installed at the two ends of the liquid pump to ensure the safety of misoperation;
5) the matching pressure gauge and safety valve of air purifier should be checked regularly;
6) before using the air purifier heated by water bath, the water in the water tank must be filled and heated to 40 ~ Liquid can only be supplied after 60℃. Before stopping the air purifier, the infusion valve should be cut off first, and then the heating power should be cut off after heating. Water level should be paid attention to frequently during gasification process, and water should be replenished timely;
7) due to the change of flow during the working process, the temperature after gasification will be affected, so the water temperature should be adjusted timely;
8) If the water temperature drops below 30℃, check whether the electric heating pipe is damaged. If necessary, the output flow should be reduced to ensure the temperature after gasification. When the air purifier is found frozen or frosty in the filling pipeline, the filling should be stopped.
