More than half of the 2011 quality year has passed in a blink of an eye. What have we done in the past? What should we do in the remaining months? At the same time, it also sets the goal of quality year: the air separation equipment pushed to the market by DEAR company, from product quality, work quality to design service quality, should reach the advanced level of the same industry in China.
In order to ensure that the company will remain invincible in the fierce market competition, employees at all levels must carry out all kinds of work from the starting point of insisting on quality and seeking survival, improving product quality and seeking benefits of the enterprise. Before July this year, through the joint efforts of the company's sales and technical staff, the company has signed seven sets of contracts about air separation equipment. In order to compete for the market, the salesmen have been abroad all the year round and worked tirelessly. While maintaining good relationships with old customers, they are also trying hard to seek new partners. The sincere and enthusiastic DEAR people won the trust of new and old customers by virtue of the high quality products and services before, during and after sales, and created the excellent performance of the enterprise in sales, at the same time, it also won a good brand reputation for DEAR in the industry and customers!
What is the quality of work? Our understanding is: no matter which position you are in the company, you must strictly follow the requirements of the post responsibility system and complete your work with good quality and quantity, and be able to complete all temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders in time. Everything takes the interests of the company into consideration, works strictly and conscientiously, and does not shirk when things happen. Doing so is a basically qualified employee, and most of the employees in the company do well: some colleagues work overtime, regardless of remuneration, I will not push my work to others. When I encounter difficulties in my work, I will try my best to overcome, undertake and complete them. All the comrades who work like this are clear in their hearts, and the leaders know better in their hearts that such employees should be rewarded. Some employees have relatively weak ideological consciousness about quality, do not fully consider the development and future of DEAR, and have a vague concept about the quality of work and products. Such employees need to reflect on their own problems in time. Change the concept, put down the burden and catch up with it. I believe that everyone can be the best of DEAR; otherwise, they will be eliminated in the fierce competition.
The quality of the company's products depends on the quality awareness of DEAR people, the professional skills and responsibility of front-line staff, the management level of the leadership and the decision-making policy of the company's top. "When there is a conflict between product quality and economy, we should first guarantee the quality" This decision also proves the determination and confidence of the company leaders to carry out the work of product quality year practically and steadily. In the first few months, the company improved the current quality management regulations and issued a trial. The leader is full of confidence. Have we taken action? Every employee should be soberly aware of the relationship between quality and you, me and him. Since we are part of DEAR, we should work hard and focus on work quality, service quality and product quality. Be frank and persistent, which should be the principle for every employee to deal with things. In terms of product quality, it is very difficult to go up easily. If there is slight negligence, the quality will decline quickly, but it is not easy to improve the quality of products. We firmly believe this. If we want to achieve the goal of 2011 quality year and do more solid, reliable and meticulous in daily work, it is still possible to achieve this goal; if it is still like before, being careless about the quality of the products, being indifferent to the work attitude is hanging high, passing the buck when encountering problems, not knowing what their job responsibilities are, and not making double efforts, to achieve the grand goal of quality year is just a fantasy.
