December 7, 2006, from Qilu good news came, the KDON-7500/7500 air separation plant designed, manufactured, matched, installed and debugged by DEAR air separation and supplied to Fujian Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. of Shandong Jigang Group was successfully started at one time. The production and purity of the products all exceed the indicators stipulated in the contract.
Jigang Group Minyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. signed this project with our company in early May this year. Through close cooperation and joint efforts of both parties, it took only seven months to complete this KDON-7500/7500 air separation plant, which is also one of the projects with short construction period at home and abroad. This set of equipment adopts the current advanced process of molecular sieve purification, pressurized expansion and full low pressure, raw material air compression adopts the biaxial centrifugal turbine compressor designed and manufactured by DEAR air separation, the equipment and its supporting facilities also adopt the advanced technology at home and abroad. Through the processes of installation, pressure test, precooling and so on, the first drive is successful successfully.

Oxygen output> 7600Nm3/H, purity> 99.6% O2
Nitrogen output> 7600Nm3/H, purity> 99.99% N2
