DEAR air separation adopts the "software and hardware integration" scheme to implement the energy-saving transformation of air separation. Under normal conditions, the transformation can reduce the power consumption by about 15%. The cooperation supports the EMC (energy management contract) mode. The customer does not need to invest in advance, and the two sides share the saved electricity revenue.
Specific consumption reduction methods, investment and modes are as follows:
1. software consumption reduction (lan'an digital intelligence system): it is connected to the self-developed lan'an digital intelligence platform to realize the online energy efficiency analysis, fault early warning and variable load intelligent adjustment of the air separation AI large model, and reduce invalid energy consumption.
2. hardware consumption reduction (optimization of core equipment): according to the on-site diagnosis results, targeted optimization and upgrading of key units such as air compressor, molecular sieve, fractionator and circulating water system are carried out.
3. Investment Accounting: the specific transformation investment depends on the transformation scope after the on-site survey. The precise reduction should be calculated in combination with the current situation of existing equipment, and the scheme should be issued after evaluation.
4. cooperation mode (EMC zero investment): customers do not need to invest in advance, and all the transformation investment is borne by Deere. Enterprises can complete intelligent upgrading, energy saving and cost reduction with zero investment, and avoid transformation risks.
