How to troubleshoot the production decline of air separation equipment during operation?

In the operation process of air separation equipment, the production decline will seriously affect the production efficiency and product quality, so it is very important to find out the cause and solve it in time.
When the output is found to be reduced, first check the feed air section. Check the air filter. If it is blocked, the air intake will be reduced, and the filter element shall be cleaned or replaced in time; Check the air compressor to confirm whether its operating parameters are normal, such as whether the pressure and flow are stable, whether there is abnormal vibration or noise.
Check the flow and temperature of the cooling water in the pre-cooling system. If the flow is insufficient or the temperature is too high, the cooling effect will be affected, and then the subsequent processes will be affected; Check the cooler for leaks.
The molecular sieve adsorbent shall be checked for the purification system. If its adsorption capacity is reduced or the regeneration is not thorough, the impurities in the feed air will not be completely removed and the rectification effect will be affected. If necessary, the adsorbent shall be replaced.
For rectification system, check whether the tray is damaged or deformed, and whether the liquid level is within a reasonable range. If the tray is abnormal, the gas-liquid mass transfer will be affected, resulting in poor separation effect.
Check whether the valve opening is normal and whether the pipeline leaks in the product conveying system.
Through comprehensive and detailed troubleshooting of these links, problems can be accurately positioned and effective measures can be taken to recover the normal output of air separation equipment.

Cryogenic air separation nitrogen production uses air as raw material, which is compressed, purified and heat exchanged to liquefy gas air into liquid air. Liquid air is mainly a mixture of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. Liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen have different boiling points and are separated by distillation to obtain nitrogen. 1. Air compression and purification The air passes through the air strainer to remove dust and mechanical impurities, then enters the air compressor, compresses to the required pressure, and then goes to the air cooler to reduce the air temperature. It then enters the air drying purifier to remove moisture, carbon dioxide, acetylene and other hydrocarbons from the air. 2. Air separation The purified air enters the main heat exchanger in the air separation column, and is cooled to the saturation temperature by the reflux gas (production nitrogen gas, waste gas), and is sent to the bottom of the distillation column. The nitrogen is obtained fr
