Seamless steel pipes, the largest amount of industrial pipelines, the largest variety of specifications of the pipe.
The seamless steel tubes for air separation equipment are carbon seamless steel tubes and high pressure seamless steel tubes.
Carbon seamless steel pipe, commonly used manufacturing materials for 10, 20, 16Mn steel.
Its specifications range from: hot-rolled outer diameter φ32 to 630mm, cold-drawn outer diameter φ6 to 200mm, single tube length 4 to 12m, allowable operating temperature of -40 to 450°C. It is widely used for transporting various media that are not corrosive to steel, such as transporting steam, oxygen, compressed air, oil and oil and gas, etc.
High-pressure seamless steel tubes are made of the same materials as the above seamless steel tubes, except that the wall is thicker than that of low-pressure seamless steel tubes, with the thickest wall reaching 40 mm. such as high-pressure seamless steel tubes for fertilizer equipment with specifications of φ14×4(mm)~273×40(mm), single tube length 4-12 m, applicable pressure range 10-32 MPa, operating temperature -40~400℃. High pressure seamless steel pipes are used in petrochemical plants to transport raw material gas, hydrogen and nitrogen, synthesis gas, water vapour, high pressure condensate and other media.

If the amount of processing air is too small, there will be leakage on the tray. If the heat and mass exchange of the leaked liquid is not sufficient, the purity of oxygen and nitrogen will be greatly affected, and even the normal production can not be realized. Therefore, the minimum allowable load of distillation column is generally specified.
