I,Regular maintenance and maintenance of main components:
In order to make the air compressor run normally and reliably and guarantee the service life of the unit, detailed maintenance plan should be formulated, and personnel operation, regular maintenance and regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out, keep the air compressor unit clean, oil-free and dirt-free.The maintenance of main components shall be conducted according to the following table:Note:
A. it must be confirmed when repairing and changing parts according to the above table: the pressure in the air compressor system has been released, separated from other pressure sources, and the switch on the main circuit has been cut off, and the safety sign of not closing has been made.
B. The replacement time of the compressor cooling lubricating oil depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there is acid-alkaline gas in the air. New oil must be replaced when the newly purchased air compressor runs for 500 hours for the first time, then it should be replaced every 4000 hours according to the normal oil changing cycle, and machines with annual operation less than 4000 hours should be replaced once a year.
C. The oil filter must be replaced when it starts up and runs for 300-500 hours for the first time, 2000 hours for the second time, and then every 2000 hours according to the normal time.
D. Be sure to prevent any sundries from falling into the main engine cavity of the compressor when maintaining and changing the air filter or air inlet valve. When operating, close the host entrance. After the operation is finished, rotate several circles according to the direction of rotation of the host by hand to make sure there is no obstacle before starting up.
E. check the tightness of the belt every 2000 hours or so when the machine is running. If the belt is loose, adjust it until the belt is tight; in order to protect the belt, in the whole process, the belt should be prevented from being scrapped because of oil pollution.
F. When changing oil every time, the oil filter must be changed at the same time.
G. Please use the original accessories of our company, otherwise our company will not be responsible for the machine accidents caused by this.
II,Clean cooler:
The air compressor should open the blowing hole cover of the cooler on the fan support in order to remove the dust on the heat-radiating surface after running for about 2000 hours, and use the blowing air gun to blow the cooler until the dust on the heat-radiating surface is swept clean. If the dirt on the surface of heat dissipation is serious and hard to be purged clean, the cooler can be removed, the oil in the cooler can be poured out and four entrances and exits can be closed to prevent dirt from entering, then blow off the dust on both sides with compressed air or wash with water, and finally blow off the water stains on the surface. Back to the original position.Remember! Do not use hard objects such as iron brushes to scrape off the dirt in case of damaging the surface of the radiator.
III,Discharge condensate water:
The water in the air may condense in the tank of oil-gas separation, especially in humid weather. When the exhaust temperature is lower than the air pressure dew point or the machine is shut down to cool down, more condensate water will come out. Excessive water contained in the oil will lead to the emulsifying of lubricating oil and affect the safe operation of the machine, such:Cause poor lubrication of compressor host;Oil-Gas separation effect variation, oil-gas separator differential pressure bigger;Cause rusting of machine parts.Therefore, the emission schedule of condensate water should be formulated according to the humidity.
Emission method of condensate water:It should be conducted after the machine is shut down, there is no pressure in the oil-gas separation tank, full cooling, and condensate water is fully precipitated, such as before starting up in the morning.
①Screw out the front screw plug of the ball valve at the bottom of the oil-gas separation tank.
② Slowly open the ball valve to drain water, until there is oil flowing out, close the ball valve.
③ Screw plug before twisting the ball valve.
IV,Safety valve:
The safety valve has been adjusted before the whole machine leaves the factory. We do not advocate users to adjust the safety valve privately. If adjustment is really needed, it should be conducted under the guidance of local labor safety department or maintenance personnel of our company, otherwise our company will not be responsible for all the consequences caused by this.
V,Maintenance work:For general users, provide some compressor maintenance suggestions, users can refer to the implementation.
① Weekly:A. Check whether the unit has abnormal sound and leakage;B check whether the reading of instrument is correct;
C. Check whether the temperature display is normal.
② Monthly:A. Check whether there is corrosion or looseness in the machine. If there is corrosion, remove the rust and oil or paint, and tighten the looseness;B. Discharge condensate water.
③ Every three months:A. Clean up the dust on the outside surface of the cooler, fan cover and fan blade;B. Add lubricating oil to the motor bearing;C. Check whether the hose is aged or broken;D. Check the electrical components and clean the electric cabinet.
VI,Oil supplement of compressor:
In the running state, the oil level of the compressor should be kept between the lowest and the highest oil level. More oil will affect the separation effect, while less oil will affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the machine. During the oil changing period, if the oil level is lower than the lowest oil level, lubricating oil should be replenished timely. The method is:
① Stop the Machine and wait for the release of internal pressure (make sure there is no pressure in the system), pull down the power main switch.
②Open the fuel port on the oil-gas separation tank and add appropriate amount of cooling lubricating oil.
③ Refer to the regular maintenance table for the oil change time after the normal operation of air compressor.
