Air compressor is the largest power consumption equipment in air separation plant, so the research on energy-saving technical solutions of air separation plant is particularly important. Most of the energy consumed in the whole air separation process of air separation equipment is consumed by air compressor. If it can reduce the discharge pressure of air compressor, it can reduce the energy consumption and protect the environment. One of the energy-saving technical solutions of air separation plant provided by DEAR air separation is to provide an ultra-low pressure air separation device with low air compressor discharge pressure and low energy consumption. The air compressor discharge pressure is reduced from the traditional 0.52mpag to 0.42mpag or below, which reduces the operation cost of customers.
