Project Overview

DEAR air separation signed the KDON-8300 / 4000 / 100 (Y) air separation plant contract with DaHua Energy Technology Co., Ltd. In strict accordance with the technical specifications and contract requirements, DEAR air separation carries out design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and strives to build the reliable and high-quality air separation plant. At present, the project has successfully completed the commissioning.

Product Advantage

The unit adopts molecular sieve purification, booster turbine expander to supply the cooling capacity of the unit. The oxygen concentration is low, the air compressor discharge pressure is very low, and the energy consumption of the whole equipment is low.

 

  1. Good safety: The oxygen evaporator is set to reduce the liquid oxygen concentration ofthe main cooling. At the same time, a large amount of liquid oxygen is discharged from the main cooling to reduce the risk of hydrocarbon accumulation in the main cooling.

 

  1. Increase benefit: produce liquid oxygen products for temporary use ofbackup system.

 

  1. Reasonable utilization: adopt air-cooled and cold water pre-cooling mode, make full use of waste nitrogengasto achieve the purpose of energy saving.

 

  1. Advanced control: DCS control, high degree of automation, convenient operation.

 

  1. Energy saving and consumption reduction: new molecular sieve is adopted to reduce air flow resistance, reduce air compressor discharge pressure and save energy. Reduce the heating time of molecular sieve regeneration and save the energy consumption.
