This unit adopts molecular sieve purification, pressurized turbine expansion machine to supply the unit with cooling capacity, and at the same time adopts the whole rectification hydrogen-free argon production process. The choice of this process is safe, reliable and economic and reasonable. The main reasons are: 1. Good security The whole set of equipment has low operating pressure, simple process, high level of equipment safety, long switching cycle of molecular sieve system, longer service life of switching valve and reducing potential safety hazard.
