On the morning of April 16, Shang Zhidong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the Henan Provincial High People's Court, Wang Fengqiang, President of the Case-Filing Tribunal of the Provincial High People's Court, and other leading officials visited Kaifeng DEAR Air Separation Industrial Co., Ltd. They called on Haixia, a deputy to the Provincial People's Congress and the Chairman of DEAR Air Separation, to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's operational and developmental status, listen to its judicial needs, and provide judicial support for its high-quality development.
During the visit, Vice President Shang Zhidong and his entourage held in-depth discussions with Chairman Haixia and the company's management. Chairman Haixia, based on the current operational realities of the enterprise, candidly reflected on numerous pain points and bottlenecks encountered during development: the infringement of the company's legitimate rights and interests, the inefficiency of grassroots coordination mechanisms, and the non-performance phenomena such as buck-passing, procrastination, and untimely handling by some judicial and government departments. She expressed deep sorrow over these issues and provided an in-depth report to Vice President Shang Zhidong, (here, it can be translated as "openly stating") the helplessness, powerlessness, and expectations of private enterprises in seeking legal support and administrative coordination. As a national-level specialized, refined, and innovative "little giant" enterprise and an outstanding smart manufacturing scenario enterprise, DEAR Air Separation focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of air separation equipment, achieving remarkable results in digital and intelligent transformation as well as green energy conservation. However, it also urgently requires stronger judicial and administrative support for its development.
After carefully listening to the situation, Vice President Shang Zhidong attached great importance to the difficulties reflected by the enterprise and explicitly stated that he would pay attention to them and actively promote their resolution. He pointed out that the Provincial High Court has always regarded serving and safeguarding the development of private enterprises as an important aspect of optimizing the business environment. The purpose of this visit was to precisely meet the judicial needs of enterprises and effectively help them solve problems. In response to the issues raised by the enterprise, the Provincial High Court would conduct thorough research, continuously improve the mechanism for handling cases involving enterprises, and help them develop with ease and stability.
This visit and research fully demonstrated the Provincial High Court's care and support for private enterprises and its high regard for NPC deputies.
