Zhang Haichao, Secretary-General of the Provincial High-Tech Industry Chamber of Commerce, and Lan Qin, Secretary of the Chamber, led a delegation of eight authoritative experts, including Chen Wenming, an environmental engineering expert from Tsinghua University and researcher at the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, and Tang Xiongfei, Senior Vice President of Jietong Huasheng, to visit and conduct in-depth discussions with DEAR Air Separation on the development of large models for the vertical air separation field and the upgrading of intelligent air separation technology.
During the visit, the expert team delved into DEAR Air Separation's intelligent manufacturing workshop to observe the operational efficiency of its eighth-generation intelligent air separation system. This system achieves dual-driven mechanisms of both mechanism and data, constructing a full lifecycle management platform for equipment through digital twin technology. With core functions such as intelligent early warning, energy efficiency optimization, and remote operation and maintenance, it has significantly improved the efficiency of oxygen and nitrogen production in multiple large-scale industrial scenarios across China, reducing fault response times to the minute level.
As a company with significant influence in the field of artificial intelligence, Jietong Huasheng's Vice President Tang Xiongfei highly praised the value of DEAR Air Separation's data assets, stating that the equipment operation parameters and expert maintenance experience accumulated over two decades provide a valuable resource for AI model training.
During the meeting, the experts pointed out that current general AI models face issues such as a lack of professional knowledge and delays in real-time decision-making. DEAR Air Separation's profound expertise in equipment mechanism models and fault knowledge graphs can serve as a domain knowledge engine for the vertical application of large models in the air separation field. The expert team expressed their willingness to collaborate with DEAR Air Separation, leveraging its existing digital intelligent air separation system, and introducing Tsinghua University's multimodal perception algorithms and Jietong Huasheng's natural language processing technology to develop a more advanced eighth-generation intelligent air separation system with capabilities for autonomous diagnosis, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.
