Kaifeng DEAR Air Separation Industrial Co., Ltd. ("DEAR Air Separation") has signed a contract with Xinji Aosen Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. for the 31000/38000/900 type fully extracted air separation equipment, which will achieve the full extraction of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, krypton, and xenon gases.
In this cooperation, DEAR Air Separation will fully leverage its technological advantages in the fields of energy conservation and intelligence in air separation, and build this project into a national benchmark and demonstration air separation project. DEAR Air Separation will provide advanced energy-saving and intelligent air separation design for Ausent Steel, crafted by intelligent workshops, and will first apply DEAR Air Separation's self-developed "Blue Shore Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System". This system utilizes advanced big data analysis, AI models, robot inspection and other technologies to achieve real-time prediction, analysis, and optimization guidance of the operating status of the air separation plant, improve equipment operation efficiency and safety, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and bring excess value to Aosen.
