The visiting group was led by Jing kuangjiu, the business director of Dayang RIIC acid Co., Ltd., Okamura Xinhong, the design section chief of the design department, and Mu Cunyu, the production management section chief of the manufacturing department. First of all, the Japanese guests listened carefully to the detailed explanation and demonstration of our air separation technology by the chief engineer Xu Hao in the conference room of the company. Technical experts from both sides have carried out sincere exchanges and technical discussions. During this period, both parties also had in-depth experience exchanges on product research and development, design and manufacture, construction specification, quality control, technological process, earthquake prevention and disaster resistance, safety measures and other aspects. The atmosphere of the meeting was warm and harmonious, covering management, technology, construction specifications, design standards and other fields.
Then accompanied by Wang Yan, the vice general manager in charge of production, he visited the new factory area of DEAR air separation plant, focusing on the modernized production workshop of the company and introducing the domestic leading manufacturing technology of air separation equipment to Japanese guests. Japanese technical experts spoke highly of the workshop workers and on-site quality inspection team's spirit, standard and modern working environment, good management mode and efficient production capacity. Especially, I highly appreciate the working style and advanced production technology of front-line employees. Then the Japanese guests visited the garden-like surrounding environment with great interest, and highly affirmed the factory planning and greening effect of DEAR kongfen Industrial Park.
In June 18-21, through the profound communication of experts from both sides in the aspects of technology, production, installation and so on, they learned from each other's management experience and learned from each other's excellent design ideas, and establish the ideas of cooperation in the aspect of technology development, and express the wish of long-term cooperation with each other. In the process of communication, we made a careful introduction, and Japanese guests put forward many valuable suggestions on our company's technological process, single equipment, manufacturing, installation and so on, it makes our company benefit and improve greatly in these aspects.
