The KDON-4500/2200 air separation plant of Honghe red lead nonferrous Chemical Co., Ltd., designed, manufactured and installed by our company, has been formally discharged from oxygen and operated stably for 72 hours through joint efforts of both parties, each index meets the requirements of the contract, and its working condition parameters are as follows:
Oxygen purity: ≥ 99.6% yield: ≥ 4500 ㎥/h
Nitrogen purity: oxygen content less than 10PPM yield: ≥ 2200 ㎥/h
